Congratulations on your first episode, ladies. I’ve been working with Angel since about 2018, I think. Though I’d always had an interest in all things ”woo woo,” I had not found a practitioner I really clicked with until her. Although it sounds like Elena may have a similar approach. The idea that we can see and feel things in the way we best understand them. During your discussion, I started to wonder if storytelling/narrative construction could be a form of meditation or sight.
